Terms and Conditions

Complex Competitors is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running over the Ethereum network. This website is just an interface that allows participants to generate (minten) the digital collectibles (NFTs). Users are solely responsible for the security and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and for validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website prior to approval. Also, since Complex Competitors' smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, there is no way to undo or redo transactions.



This website and related services are provided without warranty of any kind. By using this website, you assume sole responsibility for all transactions involving Complex Competitors digital collectibles.



Property

1. You own the NFT. Each competitor is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you buy an NFT, you fully own the underlying competitor, the art. (Subject to point 2.) Ownership of the NFT is entirely mediated through the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: At no time shall we seize, freeze or otherwise alter ownership of Complex Competitors.



2. personal use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Genius Productions grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the purchased Art along with any Enhancements solely for the following purposes: (2.1) for your personal, non-commercial use; (2.2) as part of a marketplace allowing the buying and selling of your Competitor/NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each competitor owner to display the art for its competitor to ensure that only the actual owner can view the art can display; or (2.3) as an embed on an external website and as a profile picture/or post on any social media platform if you own a Competitor NFT. Should you decide to transfer your ownership of one or more Competitor NFTs, all right to use them personally will terminate.



3. Commercial use. Genius Productions does not grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce the purchased art for the purpose of creating derivative works based on that art. Examples of such commercial use would include using this art to manufacture and sell commercial products (t-shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the art. Also excluded is the further processing / image processing to a derived NFT project from Complex Competitors.
